I place them back over the motors when I store it so I know which props go where - even though the screws are colour-coded. Yeah, I'm OCD. I'll definitely back of the screw a bit, and perhaps try throwing a bit of the plast-aid over top of it. Thanks for the feedback.

The props you have now will create severe balancing issues when the motors are running. This can cause cracks in your frame over time and damage the motors. As others have said, it's best to just replace them.

Is it possible that gusts are accentuating the tilt? Thanks for all the feedback everybody; I really appreciate it. Since I really want to avoid refurbed parts, I think I'll just stick with what I have and hope it doesn't get any worse!

I suppose I'll push for a repair then. Hilariously, I was told by a DJI rep to calibrate the IMU (yes, the IMU) while in flight. Wouldn't this be pure lunacy? I would think an IMU calibration should be done when not subject to the effects of wind and vibration. Thanks Oso!

Very interesting. From what you've seen/heard, has DJI managed to correct the issue when a unit is sent back for repairs?

The quality of the upload is reduced. Videos right off the SD card are superb. Never crashed or suffered even a rough landing. I should add that I was told by DJI to do a mid-air gimbal calibration, but I feel as if they are starting to grasp at straws. While a mid-air calibration may work...

I appreciate the advice, but this isn't the problem. I've done multiple calibrations on a surface that was verified with a spirit level.
