Hi there, I'm a relatively new phantom user, and I've had the same problem that you are having from time to time. I have a P2V. All it took to fix for me was to power cycle everything, including removing the DJI Phantom app from the multitasking bar. Not sure if it will work for you, but it did...

Hmmmmm... That doesn't look good. Losing 2.4GHz signal every once and a while doesn't scare me too much, but 2 flyaways?? I wonder if using a lower video frequency would make any difference? Were you planning on putting the 1.3 system on the phantom, or another multirotor? Maybe if the 1.3GHz...
