You may want to read carefully whatever the law/regulation thats being referenced. In California (go ahead and insert joke) a Licensed Surveyor, Pre 1982 Civil Engineer or Licensed Photogrammetrist are the only professionals allowed to preform the works you are stating you charge for. While...
