Yosemite NP ban
On one of the San Francisco News station this am there was a story that Drones are banned in Yosemite NP due to safety and noise issues.
That being said don't take your phantom to Yosemite. :(
Have had a chance to do a couple of night flights now with my Phantom 1.1.1 and really like it. The light show up very well and even cast a glow to the ground if not very high.
Lots of fun for sure. :D
The RTH had been working fine but now when I engage it it does not rise to 60' but instead only rise a couple of feet then returns.
Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be. Have not been able to get through to DJI for help.
Good to see that they have someone you can call for those of us who do not have a dealer near who can help out.
Now if I could just get through to them instead of the recording all would be good.
For some reason when using the software and checking the operation it shows the right switch in the down position for the IOC.
I did get it to work now but the right switch is only down one position not all the way down. Don't know if that is the way it is supposed to be or not but at least now...
I did use the home lock and was over 30 feet.
In the software the switch is all the way down. Would you start off with that switch down or in the off position?
Just got my new Phantom V1.1.1 and can not get the IOC to function. I go into the naza assistant software and check the box for it as well as move the toggle switch on the transmitter which show it is working. But when flying I can not get it to work.
Don't know what to do now.
