I am new to flying the Phantom 4. Please can you advise, should I fly with obstacle avoidance ON or OFF if using it for general flying over ocean/ open areas etc?

Can you fly your Phantom 4 using the Lenovo Tab 2? I have been offered a good price on a Lenovo Tab 3 Wifi version which I want to buy for my P4, will it work and without lag?

Is it the Lenovo Tab 3 Wifi version? I want to buy one to use with my P4, would you advise this tablet? Does it keep good range and clear video feed?

I previously flew a DJI Phantom 3 Standard, then I had the Phantom 3 Professional and now I have upgraded to a Phantom 4. While I am loving its design and features, I find for the first two flights, It does not seem leveled and tends to sway in the air. Please help if you have any advice.
