Firstly, you should not tie any cable to the camera. The camera should be free with unrestricted
movement.
Secondly, without power up, the camera should be "balance" i.e. stay relatively horizontal.
Note: shift the camera on the camera base will achieved this.
Fine tuning via the gimbal setting...

Normally, the arrangement is ad-hoc basis. One guy will post when and where they will fly. Those interested will join the meet up. Usually they will post the pictures on the messenger.

From the video, your camera is not exactly horizontal. you need to calibrate the IMU and zero it using the Simple BGC software.
