RC signal lost

Hello Please HELP. This is my second Phantom 3 Standard with same problem. Loosing RC signal after 20 meters. I try to reconnect but dos't help. I can not downgrade firmware, it says Product: Phantom 3 Standard Current Version: 1.6.80 GET FIRMWARE VERSION FAILED Select firmware version None
