I have it. I'm a new user and I like it the waypoints are very detailed and easy to set up. I guess I'm on the band wagon too. lol but really does work. I have mini 4 and was getting dropped video, signal loss and overheating issues. After reading many threads about it finally pulled the trigger.

In my limited flight time with this app I'd have to say the way point feature is what I like about it. I haven't had any dropped vid signals and I don't have to be tied to DJI go. Oh also you can record your screen and do audio from your tablet, which I haven't tried yet but cool features...

Sorry no help with that product but FWIW I was also experiencing that same issue with my mini 4. Purchased the Litchi app and it runs so much cleaner I haven't had any green screens or choppy video on the iPad mini. It has been good so far.

I have a P4P still use the h264 because it works well with my Mac. I have used h265 but I can't tell the difference. Geoff the video on this in 4k is amazing, admittedly I shoot more photos than I do video and I just can't believe how nice the video looks. As for the pixels heck I don't know...

James is right your best bet is to get your money back. Calling DJI will only add to your frustration. Many threads on this issue of the latest firmware update. It seems as if its the P4P+ people have the most trouble. Good luck with your decision.
