Yep, the day I originally got the phone. I'm fairly tech savvy, and can't figure why it wouldn't work. I was able to load it on all of our phones but this one and all three of the Note 5s gave the same error. It's on a Note 4, S5, S7, Note 8 S8+ but not the Note 5.
