    Hey, I am leaving for a week in Hawaii and need to get my phantom up for professional reasons. My compass cable snapped two weeks ago and the local RC shop has failed to order the part for two weeks. If anyone near Denver is willing to help, I will pay double for the part! Help!!!

    Update: The beeping is coming from the motor that is not spinning. I don't want to replace the motor if I don't have to. Could anything else be the problem?

    You shouldn't have to remove the housing like the instructions say: Look into battery compartment,at the top-right there is the button they refer to in the manual. Cheers!
