Hi Geoff It only seems to work with Phantom 4 drones, but I'm sure if you search hard enough there will be similar ones available for the other models

Take the refund, DJI Netherlands are useless, trust me I have had experience of them.

Absolutely terrible, my phantom 4 flys like a nervous horse, totally unpredictable! Been back to DJI Netherlands and still as bad now, total disgrace, I don't trust a word they say now, lost all confidence in my equipment and DJI

It's the firmware mine is exactly the same, wind it back to the old version and you'll be flying be again

I have tried that approach many times before I sent it back to DJI, it doesn't resolve the issue. Also, I can confirm sending it back doesn't fix these issues neither. Well done DJI you have ruined our equipment good style !

Hi, I'm currently attempting to get my money back from credit card company, I do not trust DJI anymore, they are a complete joke.

It most certainly isn't fixed, DJI had my equipment for 4 weeks and it's still no better, all I have for my trouble is a new camera (that is also faulty) and a nice bulge/crack in the lower section of my phantom 4 after a rough job installing the replacement camera/gimbal. Not happy at all

I know exactly how you feel, I too have been totally let down with DJI. It's a great product ruined by their service department, they will loose out in the end as many of their loyal customers throughout the world will desert them.

Hi all, got my phantom 4 back yesterday, replacement camera fitted and supposedly all fixed. Took it for a quick test flight, still unstable in flight, camera worked fine for still images but video is all distorted round top and bottom of recordings, looks like your viewing it through a fish...
