    Long exposures for night photos

For night shots, I will limit the ISO to 200 (400 max) so that there is less noise. Aperture is fixed at F2.8 which you cannot change. Shutter speed will vary from 1 to 3 seconds depending on the lighting. To prevent any blurry photos, I will try to limit the shutter speed to 3 seconds and...

    Helipad

My DIY helipad made from recycled cardboard and anti-slip mat. It is foldable and I can keep it inside the notebook compartment of my P3P backpack. I later reinforced with vinyl tape so that it is more durable and look nicer.

    A good Sunshade

I am using the HoodiVision PatHat Air (magnetic version) for my iPad Air which is good. It is light and folds neatly into a compact form when not in use. They have one for iPad mini too. http://www.hoodivision.com/#!for-ipad-mini-123/cc39

    3 seconds exposure with P3P

Took a night shot of Marina Bay, Singapore at 3 seconds exposure and ISO 200. It was taken in JPEG with only slight adjustment in levels and cropping using Photos in my iMac. I am amazed by the stability of the P3P gimbal and camera.

Hi Dennis, Just saw your message. I have already sold my Manfrotto backpack and bought the Think Tank Helipak as I need more storage space for my DLSR and lenses. The Manfrotto can fit a Phantom 3 snugly despite its slightly longer landing gear (you can still zip the main compartment). The...
