Hey, thanks for the reply. I've tried using the supplied double USB lead, had laptop on car roof and also shed roof (felt not metal)! My normal set up which has worked perfect in the past before this problem started is... Double plug USB lead into laptop then that connected to 10m USB...

Still having this issue, have made sure everything is up to date. Tried turning off wifi on laptop and router in house, still keeps dropping connection. When its drops out my laptop makes the USB disconnect sound and both lights on ground end device go red and then re connects to air end but...

Hey, thats nothing todo with connecting to the Phantom. Its an error downloading the google map. Had the same issue while back. Could be a few things... First check your laptop internet connection is connected and working. Start ground station using VPN mode. If you have the same problem still...
