That's really my point. Doing what's right is compensating the party affected by the problem. In this case that would be the end user.
It really doesn't seem right for the 3 or 4 law firms in the case to receive millions of dollars each and the end user in the case receive less than $40 if...
For $100, I use this 5-in-1 Portable Power Pack with Jump Start It will charge 2 batteries in about an hour, but it will have to be recharged after that and the recharge time is about 24 hours.
The sad part is usually class action lawsuits like this make a lot of money for the law firms fighting the case and very little compensation for the many class plaintiffs the lawsuit is supposed to be all about.
I would give it a few days and see what happens. It looks like the repair will be covered under warranty and that the invoice is just showing the charge to warranty. If they were going to be charging you, they would have asked for your authorization first.
My guess is that in a few days you...
I fly over lines like that all the time and I have never had any problems. I have even been standing right below the lines with the AC 50 feet above the lines with no problems.
I have used it many times so that I would be very comfortable with its use BEFORE I actually needed it. For me, the first few times I used it I was pretty nervous about how the AC would respond. The last thing I wanted was to be forced to use it in an emergency situation where I would already...
That might actually be a good thing. It will certainly cut down on all the threads and debates as to whether or not to upgrade to the current firmware and how to downgrade to the previous version. :):):)
I had just the opposite. I sent it in with no battery, no props and no SD card like they requested and when it came back it was repaired with a new shell and had a new SD card installed all under warranty due to stress cracks in the shell.
Another happy camper here. DJI came through for me twice so far. One time for stress cracks in the shell and another time where there was a mechanical failure that sent to AC to the bottom of the ocean. DJI replaced the shells under warranty (and even paid for the shipping back and forth) and...
I would skip the standard and go with the Advanced. I bought the standard at first but soon found that the signal would drop out too soon and returned it for the advanced. The advanced is not that much more than the standard and gives you a lot more features and range for just a few more dollars.
Another happy camper here. DJI replaced my AC after it had a failure mid-flight and then fell out of the sky and into ocean sinking to the bottom. They were very helpful via phone and web chat and after reviewing the flight records they determined it was a mechanical failure and the new AC...
