Do you have the Groundstation that you bought? Make sure that your bluetooth is turned on, on your Ipad. I have to sometimes quit the app by doulble clicking the button on the ipad and swiping it away. I use mine alot, it was pretty much plug and play.

I am having problems with my pitch setting. When the gimbal is in the full up posistion, it is vstill pointing straight down. I have the pitch settings set to 1000,-450,-450 When I try to go full down, the gimbal almost rotates backwards.

I am looking for the small servo adapter that is shaped like a tombstone. It installs on the outside of the camera ear. It is how the camera moves up and down.
