I agree with @Heron. The AI narration is a real turn off. So far this year I have clicked out of about a dozen YouTube videos (usually within 5 seconds) because of the AI voiceover. Not only does it sound horrible, but as @Heron pointed out, it often mispronounces words. IMHO, it's a lazy...

Ahhhh....I misunderstood. I thought that you were successful in rolling back the firmware, but that the rolled-back firmware didn't work. That seems like a good next strategy to try. D

Everyone is correct so far regarding manual flight. But if you program waypoints, make sure your software doesn't download SRTM data (AKA; "terrain follow'). Some software will reveal a terrain profile before flight. But some doesn't. I'm not sure if any of the DJI offerings offer this...
