I use the latest FW with the patched DJI GO 3.1.18 and i have had zero problems, all smooth and good. You can allways downgrade to earlier FW if you encounter some problems.

If i were in your shoes, i would try and buy a new SDcard, totally different brand than sandisk. I use Kingston and Samsung my self. And then when it is plugged in to the aircraft, format it using the DJI Go app. What i have read is that allmost in every case it has turn out to be faulty or bad...

Are you sure you are talking about Phantom 3 SE firmware? Becouse that version of firmware you installed is unknown to me and it seems to be for Phantom 3 PRO. Here is a list of the firmwares that are made for Phantom 3 SE. P3SE_FW_V01.01.0000 P3SE_FW_V01.02.0010 P3SE_FW_V01.03.0020...

What version did you guys install? Was it V1.5.40?

SurfingTech, what program do you use to watch your videos? Try to install VLC Player and use that if you haven't tried it yet. It is the best player that i know off.

I bought an Android device (Huawei P Smart) today and i installed the patched 3.1.18 version of DJI Go app. Ohh boy, what a difference! I used to lost signal at about 100-150m but now i flew well over 400m and the signal bar was still full, but i was to afraid to fly cause i was above water...

If there is no powerlines or something like that i think you should be fine :)

My personal best is about 300m and im in europe stuck with CE mode at the moment. But i believe that it is totally possible to fly 1,5km but you are gonna need some good conditions, no interference etc. Safe Flying! :);)

I had one also but it didn't improve the range or anything else. The antennas that connects to the aircraft is hidden inside the controller and the one outside the controller is for connection between mobile device and the remote. First time i tried it i tought it worked but further testing...
