This is going to be spendy when the quality control causes it to fly away with a nice DLSR on it !!! I would not purchase this until DJI get's their act together with customer support and actually responds in a timely manner and with useful information.

This is encouraging as I was hoping to get some response in relation to good dealers. I would love to purchase this from Costco though, as they will take anything back if you are not satisfied :)

Was going to purchase one of these phantoms but with all the negative comments about the product, the dealers and DJI have decided that it is not worth it until these things make there way into stores like best buy, costco, future shop or reputable hobby stores where you can be assured that if...

These things are junk, support is non existent, and the company does not care. Have been debating for over a month if I should get one or not. Everyday it is just more horror stories related to this product, and now we have the fired CEO creating an injunction against the existing dealerships...

I have been flying remote control planes for over 15 years, and never had a fly away or heard of anyone that has. Why are people so accepting of these. DJI needs to step up and fix the issue or stop selling the product until they do

Great video. Glad you did not have any mishaps with the phantom. I would love to fly one in an area like that, but I really don't trust it and am worried it would take off on its own or crash and hit some people or damage someones property or land in the ocean. Wish I had more confidence in them ):

You can use it to video your phantom in the air to prove that DJI has serious issues with the phantom
