I disassembled the P4 and pushed the shaft back with a punch, and now the motor feels and sounds a bit different than the others so I'm guessing the bearings might be damaged. I ordered a new motor to be on the safe side.

I removed the 3 screws under the damaged motor, and when loose it turns just fine and feels like the 3 others. It seems the axle has been pushed down and is pressed against the plastic shell. Hopefully i can just press the axle back up somehow. Just waiting to see if my insurance maybe covers a...

I find that the built in "Movies and TV" app in Windows 10 works fine with 4k. Even on my crappy Laptop =)

VLC handles 4k poorly unless your computer is really beefy..
