Thanks guys. Sorry I have not put up a pic. I did find a new remote for a good price and blinded it and put on the new antenna. How ever the distance is only 1200 feet and video fails. I think the controls still work because I do not get the come home pop up..... Ugh! Perhaps the wifi is failing?

The stock setup was getting around 1800 feet. I never pushed it before I put on the new antenna.

Yes thanks! The U.fl connector. I was not sure of the name. The "collar" that surrounds the protruding nub on the board that the antenna "snaps" to. That collar is what was pulled off and is the ground. The male piece that goes on the board, that can be replaced? Guess I have nothing to loose...
