There's a setting in the DJI GO app under Visual Navigation Settings > Enable Backward Flying. You can turn it on or off.

OK ... so which part numbers are which version of battery ... 54 vs. 7 and cp.pt.000342 vs. 000399? Also, any ideas why my 2 batteries (definitely new version) don't have the red warning triangle?

Weird ... none of mine have the red warning triangle, not even printed in black. On mine, there are only 2 warning triangles, one for English and one for Chinese. ALL printing on my batteries is black, no red or other colors. I only saw one place that was selling them on ebay, gave a part number...

I read on somewhere (either here or another Phantom 4 forum) that the older batteries have more of an even "glow" around the power indicators and the newer batteries you can see more of the individual LED's in the indicators as they are brighter. Also, I have noticed that the older batteries...

Battery part number CP.PT.000399 is the newer version.

Just a heads up for others who may be having trouble updating firmware ........ For me, DJI Assistant 2 on my PC did not work. DJI GO app with iPad Air (which is what I use to connect to the transmitter) did not work. And yes, they are the current versions of Assistant 2 and DJI GO. I had to...
