Nice...ingenious and informative, making my hat this weekend.

I always add one final waypoint to the mission that is 10-30 feet horizontally from next-to-last waypoint. It drops the altitude from the previous waypoint to 20 feet, it then hovers there, and I bring it in manually.

I take off from a 60 foot parking structure. So if I set the first way point to 200, how far is it going to go up from the ground level? 140 or 260? Thx

Automatic waypoint flying, allow you to concentrate on using the camera. A much better app than dj go, IMO

Go over to YouTube and search out a channel called Tom's tech time. Search out all the videos that pertain to you, and watch them very closely. This guys really good at explaining it for newbies.......

DJI says no, one or the other, multiple batts or RC, not both.

Not really, unless you plan to put a lot of other stuff on there; music, tunes, videos etc. etc. but if it is to be used strictly for flying, 16 will make the grade. To be safe and for future proofing, I would get 32 or 64. Get a refurb unit off the Apple website, it's what I did, a bit cheaper.

It has been written here somewhere that a few missions were less than successful with waypoints very far apart.

These cards are pretty indestructible, I'd investigate your hardware.
