Had the same thing happen to me. I took a drill with a small bit and carefully drilled the head of the screw off. It wont take much pressure to get the job done.

I find myself jumping around a lot between Adobe Premier Pro, FCP X, and Motion. I cant seem to find a good workflow most the time. For this I just went straight into FCPX and did some color grading and adjusted the clips length and speed.

I've seen the video on turning the controler for the P2V to FCC mode by turning the screw on the back and getting two beeps on power up. Does the P2 do the same thing? It's different in the sense that the light is red not green (??) and does not beep when powered up, but I have not found any...
