Had it about 2 years. Same problem 2 months ago. Re loaded app, problem solved. Gone to FLA for 3 months.

I have a Phantom 3 SE. I can fly it but the video does not work. Tried reloading the DJI app and re linking it.
Still no video link. I have the latest firmware.
I agree with you.DJI has gotten to big.The have a crappy customer service.All they care about is sales. What goes around, comes around.When there sales dip, maybe they will wake up. Sorry that I bought a drone from them.
