You don't have to worry about the phone fitting if you don't care about holding the controller and phone at same time. You can control everything just by the screen and connect the cable. The main use for the controller is the antennae which allows you to travel much higher and further away...
I love my Lowepro slingshot, the small one. Even though it was built for camera, I use it when going to the beach or pool. It's so easy to carry, you forget you are wearing it. And those camera, dividing section can be removed or rearranged to whatever you are carrying.
Highly recommend!
What about an adapter? Would this work?

I notice the Mavic comes with Micro USB, and the iphone Lightning ports.
All new Android phones have USB-C ports. Do we have to purchase a separate cable or adapter?

I agree, If I was DJI my attorneys would be sending him a strong notice to take it down or reshoot it properly. He's only leaving it up because of the Youtube $$$ he receives based on number of views.
I would assume DJI orders would go through first. Thats 100% profit to them. Retailers are probably getting these in bulk at 50% of retail to resell. They are highly motivated to make sure the DJI website orders don't cancel if they see resellers with instock merchandise.
