When I start up my phantom 2 it wii sit there a few minutesas i get ready to fly, all the sudden it startes increseing speed on its own...? When It first did this i grabbed it quickly an it continued to go to full speed, I was glad I eas closeenough to grab it... This could cause a fly away...
It needs to be done on the ground in order to get to it quick before it can cool very little to show a difference...If any....also more load , Run at high speed ,also feel for viberation...
I heard the high pitch sound ,sometimes its prop noise. But it sounds like a bearing . Can you run it while you hold it an when you run it for a bit , stop it an see if the motor thst is making the sound is warmer than the others...An infurred tempeture gun would check it best , some...
Have you heard anyone with a problem with motor speeds changing on its own, my ph2 can be sitting on idle and it slowly speeds up to high speed.. more uickly on top end... This could cause a fly away.... Anyone got any Ideas?
Have you replaced any of your props? Lòok at them very close, for chips all leading edges are the same, any defect could make the different sound , as well as change the air flow ... or a bent shaft on a motor, it doesn't take much to cause viberations.. I use to build ultralights an...
