I've had a V+ V3.0 for 4 months now and through 40 flights I have never been able to get it above 1300 feet out from home point. Is this just a case of wifi interference from all the wifi in the area I usually fly?

All i care is does it fit in my hprc case

starting to save, ill probably be getting mine sometime in july as of now, plus that gives a few months for the bugs to get worked out. Im happy with my V+v3 for now but would love to upgrade for light bridge and the new remote

Jim Bowers is far from a trusted source IMO. Ive always found him as annoying and a little bit full of himself. And i doubt the v+ will be immediately discontinued, look how dji is still selling phantom 1 and older models, they'll prob just drop the price on the v+ significantly. Thats just my 2...

Re: If you just purchased a brand new Phantom 2 Vision+ V3 R I just did this on mine, feel a lot more confident flying it now. Put some hotglue on the solder points as well as the little wire holder coming out of the motor to help cut down on vibrations coming out of the motor

Updated and flew mine for a little bit this afternoon. Everything seemed normal. Only thing was while I'm not 100% sure I was seeing it right but it looked liked I had solid red on all 4 arms for a few seconds but that might have just been the way the sunlight was hitting it. Was back to normal...
