New controller with built in display problem?

Are there no options for a larger display? 5.5 in is smaller than my eyes are used to. The HDMI output may be bulky in the field but seems the only option?

    Phantom 4 Crash

Wow, you will never ever get out of bed if you are scared of what may happen. This is a precision instrument and guess what ......you have to be trained and practice to perfect it. I am actually happy you are not part of the phantom family. Those who dare, win!

CASA Australia removes all restriction for professional use!

Not really news? Compare it to the rest of the world and we have comparative freedom to make money from a skill learned and technology bought! Australia leads the way in common sense and shuns the ******** American paranoia of all thing new. Yes it's news.......and great news for us!

CASA Australia removes all restriction for professional use!

I have just received notification that CASA will now remove all requirements for drone operators, including pilot licences if the drone is under 2 kg. Woohoo. But unfortunately I have spent a great deal thus far and was booked into a $4 k course. Cancelled now!

    P3P Crappy Range

Ha, it's not how far it goes but how far it comes back. You need to understand the limits not only in distance but also in interference factors. Just cause you have one doesn't mean you deserve one. Learn it, completely, or lose it. Have fun.

    33 flights.

I have over 70 flights, over 100 km flown, gone out to 2.5 km range, flown 4 batteries back to back as often as I can in temps up to 40 degrees Celsius and have no issues at all. I love the machine and the price and it's my hobby away from family and kids. It's not my first Phantom and won't be...

    DJI P3P fire season warning!

I have just received an email from DJI cautioning me with regards to the upcoming fire season in Austarlia. It is general request not to interfere with emergency services on site. And has provided a link to hot spots in each State. I reckon this is a really solid public relations step. I know we...

Rotor hitting arm but still seems to fly fine

I reckon it's a bit like driving your car with loose wheel nuts. It still drives but eventually it will give way causing severe damage.
