I have flown in 23-24 mph winds with no problem, but I'm not trying to thread a needle with the aircraft either. Wide open space and no problem. Want to catch the craft when coming home vs. landing it.

I have found the same issue in my 17 acre backyard, but Healthy Drone data indicates that it occurs between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Flying in the same area at other times of the day, I have "green" GPS reception.
Same for me. I left the left side controller the same (push forward, go up) but changed the right controller so that it would make "coordinated" turns with one stick, which allows me to get to altitude and then fly without touching the left stick. Setting it up this way, my bird still started...
