Sure the camera sensor is the same, the battery lasts longer, its flies farther, you get 1080p downstreaming for farther, its the size of the phantom when packed with a charger and 4 batteries.... but you can't hand catch. At least we phantom owners have hand catching guys! Oh snap never...

I've been getting that error since the last firmware (not the one just released). It'll keep flying with that error though. I just have to pay attention to the signal bars.

I did the whole downgrade google services thing and turned off google maps too. Tested it and flew 2 batteries worth with minimal lag like it used to. Rest of the tablet works fine. I don't use maps on my wifi tablet anyhow. The processor is fine, it's totally a shorty google play services.

Well the good thing is that most shows have a decent amount of fireworks. Just understand the settings and know how to compensate. You can take a quick peak at the previews while in flight.

You know this happened to me on android this weekend. I still had control via RC but the app acted up. After a bit I got video back but the bar at the top still said disconnected. This happened twice in the same area.

I use the one Dragon does. Its a looser fit to the gimbal body but its a tight fit on the lens of the camera. Either way, less annoying than the stock setup. The gimbal guard was also easy to setup and it came with a lens hood too

This thing needs to be charged? Jokes aside, it lasts several flights and I don't know how long it takes to charge as I do it overnight (it shuts off on its own)

Yes, the raw file will remember the color balance you used, however, if you decide to change it, you do so with no degradation to the file (unlike in jpeg).

Adorama (and B&H) are trustworthy companies to buy photo gear from. They aren't necessarily to quickest to get drone things in stock but I trust my package will be here no later than tuesday (with the free shipping option).
