OK, not losing my mind. I've been doing that and it won't work. The only thing I'm regretting about getting the P4P is getting the one with the built in monitor instead of using my iPad. It is very clunky.

Thanks for the help. I went back to where I bought it. Turns out it actually was broken and I got a replacement. I knew it shouldn't be that difficult.

This is perhaps because I'm brand new, but I assume not. I got a Phantom 4 today. I have tried to make the camera move to no avail. I've turned the gimbal switch on the remote, I've dragged up and down on the screen, nothing. The camera stays straight forward no matter what. What am I missing?
