False. ND filters are pretty useless for photos unless you are going for a very specifc effect like smooth waterfalls, etc. all you need is to adjust shutter speed up/down. I think what you meant to say was you cant take good VIDEOS without ND filters... That i agree with.

It’s actually further south, near chatfield and the Lockheed Martin plant. If you look to the right side of the image you can see c470 turning north/running parallel to the foothills. Morrison/red rocks is way up there.
