I think the app you're looking for is called DJI Vision. It has ground station (mini-version) built-in. That foxed me too. But to use DJI Vision "ground station" you have to enable it in the settings of the DJI Vision app and then when in camera view, swipe from right to left across the video feed.
Re: Lost video - couldn't get it back until drone power-cycl
Very interesting thought aartsf.
There's always loads of free space on my sdcard, and I'd be surprised if DJI used it for buffering, but your suggestion feels like it would explain the problem if the sdcard data throughput rates...
Thanks for giving it a go frank.
Overall, would you consider it worthwhile for achieving faster descents ? Or too risky ?
Do you think if you had set the left stick to 75% before flicking s1 to manual, it may not have dropped ?

Re: THE Ultimate Guide for all Phantom Vision and Vision+ ow
Great work fantomas!!! There's been loads of updates since I last read it, looking forward to another reading. Keep up the good work !!
Lots of people have had positive experience with aluminium, but I tried aluminium twice with no joy and copper tape worked for me. It's what DJI use themselves. I would search for copper. That's my 10p. Hope it helps.... Apparently it's a better EMI shield.

Re: UNOFFICIAL Vision App for Android (Unlimited GS Distance
Ilovecoffee, not sure how hard this would be, but could you add an audible warning when no. of satellites drops to 6 Or below ?
Great work by the way. Very impressed !
Re: PS3 DualShock Controls... ADDED ... SCREENSHOT FUNCTION
Well, I bought all the supplies to do this mod, and have the PS3 board down to your picture DBS, but when it comes to soldering the wires onto the board, there is no metal to solder to. I'm a bit of an amateur at these things to put...
