I had a similar problem and the whole freaking time it was because I didn't have the little cable that plugs into the camera 100% seated properly ... just a tiny little bit not pushed in.
Man, do I feel stupid. I must've tried everything. Went back through step-by-step tonight, and watched the video - which all showed I was doing everything exactly right. Then I noticed the little cable running from the main body of my P2V to the back of the camera was ever-so-slightly unplugged...

Thanks for the reply. I'll give this order a try. I tried bouncing everything a couple times, but not sure this order. Even reinstalled the app. Stay tuned. Appreciate the help.
So I got my RE700 ... went into the app and scanned the QR code from my original box for my Phantom. App populated fields for the SSID and the MAC for the camera just fine, reported back SUCCESS. When I check the "blue arrow" to accept, all looks well, but it appears the RE700 reboots...

I was told the same thing (3 months). That seems ridiculous for 2 batteries I bought < 1 year ago with very reasonable use. These freaking things are $129 each for crying out loud.
OK, no replies, so more info. Called DJI and they told me batteries only have 3 months warranty. My P2V is less than 1 year old, as are both batteries. They both started this behavior at the same time. They gave me an RMA# and want me to send the unit in for inspection or repair. If it checks...
P2V less than a year old, along with 2 new DJI batteries at purchase. Flown moderately, maybe twice a month. Just started reporting low battery to the app even though showing 85%+ charge level (Klaxon goes off). P2V goes into emergency landing process as if battery is dangerously low. Lights on...
