No problem. I had posted it in another thread as a PDF, but some folks wanted it in Word so they can fill it out digitally.

It depends on the aircraft/battery. My P4P batteries start at about 17 volts when fully charged, and go down to about 14.5 after a 20 minute flight.

Hopefully, and android version will be forthcoming.

I made it in Word, which is what I use to fill it out. I might be able to make a PDF form from that. If I find some time, I'll look into it.
