I was looking for a solution to hopefully not send it back. Last time I waited 2 weeks for a replacement. I dont really want to be stuffed around again by DJI

Please help my brand new phantom 4 gimbal goes up and down non stop when the drone is powered on. Sometimes it dosent do this and works fine. Could it be a loose ribbon cable?

When I disconnect the battery and reconnect it will see the transmitter on the tablet. That its plugged in the tablet and nothing else But when you have a look at the about section where it shows the firmware version it just has zeros. Also no leds on the transmitter. :(

I check and couldnt see any small switches on the main board.

I disconnected the battery still nothing :(

Hi I installed the latest firmware on my Transmitter and it said update completed please turn off the tx and back on. So i turned it off and now it wont turn on. No lights nothing. Anyhelp much appreciated
