I set up an orbit using Litchi with Heading Mode: Center, Gimbal Control: Auto, and Subject Height at ground level. This seems to focus the video on the center of the orbit, which is what I want. Here's the video demonstrating some weird behavior: For most of the orbit (first part of video)...
