I just noticed Heysham has a restricted area, but I'm not sure what this is for/have not see them before. Anyone know why it is there?

Anyone able to advise on the following for a Mini 3 Pro in the UK Private property is an area where we can't land/take off from? Is it fine to stand in private property whilist flying (I assume this would just a civil matter of trespass?) If I reach a building higher than 120m, can I fly...
