Are you using iOS to fly your bird? I remember the DJI pilot app made me do a mandatory updated to 1.2.6 before I could fly. I don't want to update my replacement drone, if possible.

The gimbal is working fine but I pushed on the wires anyways. No improvement with the Video feed. Today, I called DJI and they said they will fixit, they believe it is some kind of hardware error. I've just sent the bird away and bought another one in the meantime. Wish me luck with the new drone.

Thanks for your reply. Well, I've pasted the results from today's attempt (I used the SD card with the RC plugged into the Phantom — earlier I attempted the update with a thumb drive straight to the RC). If you're right, that would be great. Just one note: the Phantom and RC worked for 10...

Hi, I'm getting this error too. I've flown ten times since I upgraded. Today, this error shows up and the Video Signal can't be found. This error is also accompanied by a "Desrialiazer Disconnected" error on my drone.

I have the same problem. Flew ten times since upgrade, today I take it out and it says RC requires upgrade, dersializer disconnected and there is No Video Signal.
