Low Battery RTH Warning and Critical Battery Warning are different things though. I have seen flights where the critical battery warning (and now landing) was triggered at 25% when the aircraft was at ~400 metres height, despite the critical battery warning set to 10%.
What was your altitude? I have heard anecdotally that the critical battery level is dependent on height. I.e. the higher you are, the higher the threshold is.
Make sure the NFZ data is up to date. I had this same issue. I had to connect my P4P+ to a laptop and update with DJI Assistant 2 a couple of times. Worked ok after this.

With only the HDMI connection, I guess the touchpad on the goggles doesn't work?
I guess too that with the P4P+ you don't need the HDMI module?
It comes with "on-board software that mitigates shake and shutter roll". I guess this is electronic stabilization? I.e. what you see commonly in phones?
This is probably a stupid question, but why is the hover time less than the flight time?
