The answer is surely that it reduced complexity (reduces dev effort and potential problems and support hassles) to just go w/o encryption. It should be encrypted. All WiFI traffic should. It doesn't even matter if the lack of encryption can lead to any kind of exploit or not. It's just good...

Yes, video feed/FPV range is awesome. Very consistent and stable. Of course, *part* of that is because it defaults to 320@30. If you set the P2V to 320@30, it's not much different.

It happens. The dampeners are less rigid (and smaller) than those on the P2V. This causes the gimbal to easily vibrate when you're going full throttle. It can cause jello. The lesson I've learned is not to film at full throttle without expecting such.

On the P2V, I installed the lens filter kit just so I could protect the lens from scratches. I don't like scratches. Pretty **** about them really ;p. Since there is no lens filter kit for the P2V+, at least at this time (and maybe ever), what options do I have that don't degrade picture...
