Im a single male in Acworth, Ga. I started this hobby on Jan 2015. My first drone was a Phantom 2 Vision. It has been crashed a few times and rebuilt once, then last summer I lost it, thanks to my phone # on it. I got it back a few weeks ago (March 2016). Ive since replaced it a week after I lost it with another P2V to which was new. Ive done several antenna and camera upgrades on it and installed a taller landing gear. Sept 2015 I got a P3P at a good price. Since I got my lost drone back last month, Ive completely rebuilt it with new body, motors, and landing gear. Ive removed the camera and now this drone does "Relay" or "Repeater" duty for the other P2V. Its job is to "relay" both radio signals up and over tall objects such as trees, buildings, etc and sends signal to other drone so it can fly the same distance but at lower altitude and close to ground if possible since the signal will be received from 200ft up in air. I will be using both a 5.8Ghz and 2.4Ghz (DJI wi fi module) which will be hung under the first drone used to transfer the signals from the radio. So far im the 2nd person in the World to try this setup. The developer has a few youtube videos up on already. Its still in the testing stage with me. Since Im still working the bugs out on my drone that is being used to carry the repeaters.
