Thanks, but the charger I received doesn't have the twin ends that charges battery and controller. (its battery only). (I guess because its the Standard) Very disappointed. The manual provided no help. Neither did either forum.

wow. stymied by a controller charge issue. already boxed up for a ship back/return/refund. from the most anticipated christmas ever, to a complete bummer.

OK, have unboxed the Standard, charged the battery, and am trying to charge the controller. When in the Off position the yellow light was steady. Plugged the USB into my computer, and the red light and one green light are blinking for three seconds, then goes out. Is it charging? btw - my...

Good luck finding places to fly on the Peninsula. Looks like Seaford and the East End of NN are the only areas not covered up on the Don't Fly Drones Here map.

thanks, good info. what about that small private Williamsburg airport? (my house in inside the five mile radius) and I think there is an RC club which flies at some city park on route 5. and I'm hoping York River State Park is a good to go...

yeah, some parts of the world are more photogenic than others. :cool: my area would have some nice scenery (if I could fly near them)
