Battery Damaged
The BMS is the battery management system. This regulates the cell voltage in each battery to be the same. If the cells are different voltages, then the BMS or cells are wrecked. It's simplest to buy a new battery.- Daniel NZDF

I would say definitely DON'T trust this battery. The cells are all different voltages! Play it safe and buy a new one!- Daniel NZDF

Slight Jello Effect on DJI Phantom 3 Pro Video
Definitely replace the props if they have got dings in them. Even the slightest vibration will cause "jello". Only ever use genuine ones! (Experience😖)- Daniel NZDF

My Controller connects but says weak signal and can't connect another controller. distance is limited again too.
Oh, I just saw you took it off on a Phantom 3 STANDARD! No wonder why it's not working. P3 standards for some reason don't go without their gimbals well at all! (Tried it myself) Only P3 pros, and advanced work with doing that.- Daniel NZDF

Gidday, and welcome to the forum! As far as I know, the problems you're experiencing are caused by the removed gimbal. No gimbal means no video, and no telemetry. Did it go fine before you removed the gimbal? Cheers, Daniel M- Daniel NZDF
