No ios, I use a galaxy note 5. And i have since upgraded. And the only issue ive had, was a time when above my house it said image transmission disconected. But went away quickly.

As for the original question, the reason is there an application has many receivers that send and receive messages and sometimes even when the permissions aren't set to do this or to do that it can still have the ability to do its job which is to send and receive messages in some sort of way...

Exactly everyone assumes that it's something to do with the application they will and no way considered it might be outside interference or something like that and then they don't report it to the app developer so they have no idea how to fix it and then everybody gives the app a bad name I just...
