Crashed my p 2 with h3 3d gimbal, hero 3+ to pearl monitor. It flies as it should, the camera works, but no video to the monitor. All I get is an occasional weak flash of the monitor info. Anybody have any ideas on where to start looking? Thanks!

You need to split the phantom shell, there is one esc (electronic speed control) for each motor in each arm. There are a few vids on youtube that will show you how to do this. ripper is right, swap motors with the one that turns the same direction, if the problem stays with the suspected bad...

I was wondering if I can disconnect the gimbal power and fly with the camera turned on but just hanging without burning anything out? I am trying to hear through the camera audio to see if I still get a loud shuttering sound with the gimbal shut down? P2 with 3d.

My P2 shudders in forward flight and dropping altitude, it resonates loudly to the camera audio. It doesnt do it in reverse flight, hovering or climbing. There are concerns, I will find out in a day or two. One thing for sure is changing anything on any product will void warranty. I wouldnt wait around for warranty anyhow, parts are cheap. I doubt you get any warranty on anything if a wire comes off and you crash hard. You could never prove it...
