That looks like a lot of trouble to watch a video. You won't be able to hear it and your drone has a 25 minute battery life. Plus in order to see the video your head is awfully close to those spinning blades. This is one of the worse ideas I've seen in a long time.
Honestly I think the camera on my Nexus 6P cellphone is better for sharpness, lens quality, and ISO performance. I get serious distortion and lack of sharpness near the edge of the frame and noise at any ISO above 100. But, my cellphone won't take videos and photos from 400 feet...

What are you using to color grade? What you show looks pretty normal for this camera. The sensor size is the same as in a budget consumer level camera. Not going t be anywhere close to what you get with a DSLR or other big sensor camera.
They will get sued anyway. Nowhere in the document does it say that you don't own the aircraft. It does say that you don't own the software. If they cripple the aircraft with mandatory software necessary to use the aircraft they will be sued. Doesn't matter what the EULA says. Doubt the EULA...
DJI will find themselves in court and will lose. If you sell a product and then limit the function of that product at a later date without giving the consumer a choice in the matter it's not going to fly. This will be a class action suit for sure.
