    I would mail DJI. I had a problem with my camera and DJI replied within 2 days confirming it was faulty. You may not need to send anything to them, it really depends on whether they want to see the P3A. They might send a new shell? No harm in asking anyway.

    Over exposure

    Thanks for your replies. The picture is the actual picture, NOT a screen shot. All my vids and pics that contain the sun in the picture have then lines where it is over exposed. I have never experienced this with other cameras before, i.e the lines in the over exposed area.

    The issue appears on the video file and the jpeg. This Phantom is brand new and its the first panning shot I have done. I cannot really avoid such shots. I will contact DJI and ask the question too.

    Sorry about last post!. The overexposure warning if OFF in the DJI Go App. The lines are clearly there in the jpg image and in the .MOV file.

    Hi, I took some 'training' footage yesterday and got the attached result when the camera pointed towards the evening Sun. I would appreciate some help/advice on what could be the issue here.
