I agree but the Conquer can get a pretty thinned out signal around heavy tree cover. I really have to get pretty high sometimes. Who knows. Would love to hear what the pros and cons in comparison to the conquer.
Agreed. What is nice about this system though is that it's very quick to change out for dual band whips if you don't want to use the amped setup. I will be receiving the dual band whips toward the end of next week. Stoked to be able to use auto 5.8Ghz when not needing the boosted setup!
Haha to be honest, I am a wimp with taking it out that far. I'm not as crazy as some and I don't live by the coast lol. Maybe one of the other guys can lol
Test flight completed. Just took it out in sport mode. In my urban area, before I would get some image transmission issues at 400-500meters and rarely ever flew around here. Successfully flew without one warning and full signal strength over 2.5 miles and not one image blip. Lots of obstacles...
Unfortunately I did not:( rained some after I had gotten off of work and was running errands once I figured tonight wouldn't happen. I will be definitely flying it (weather permitting) the absolute first chance I get! Get yours out at all?

Makes sense to me sir! Yes, luckily I learned that when I got into a little bit of FPV flying with a racing drone. Fried a couple 250mw FatShark transmitters before I realized what the heck was happening. I had the booster on the RC just not turned on. I am excited to take it out and fly, was...
Bail or anyone else that has this installed, can you please check that these channel strengths seem normal with boosted antenna turned off and on? I know off it won't have really anything but I want to make sure that this looks normal with the unit turned on also. First pic is boosted antenna...
Just completed the mod!!! Be patient, getting my original antennas out pinching the clasp was actually a lot more difficult than he made it look on the video! Also, you will realize that removing the white plastic holder for the left side spin wheel (right side when facing away from you while...
Isn't that what forums are for? People who are interested in helping others and giving sound advice where warranted? I mean, I guess if you want to beef on people for frequenting the forums and posting alot, you must really be appalled at moderators and some of the super frequent users that help...
I also have plenty of customers of mine that talk my business practice up to the point of gaining new customers all the time. It's pretty simple, word of mouth goes a long way in business!
