Cirrus Bill

I am going to Italy soon and hope to fly my P3 as much as possible there. Does anyone have any experience flying there. I have the Italian regulations which seems to indicate a P3 is exempt from the more stringent regulations for commercial or larger platforms. Im especially interested in flying in Rome and Venice.
All I can see is hight limit of 70m /229' and distance 200m/656'
